Sono Antonio e in questa sezione voglio darti tutte le informazioni affinché il tuo acquisto nel nostro negozio sia facile, sicuro e privo di ogni problema.

Lo scrivo qui a chiare lettere: Non ci interessa vendere per vendere, ma far sì che la tua esperienza con noi diventi lunga e soddisfacente.

Per questo da parte nostra ci sarà la massima attenzione per rispettare le nostre promesse.

TEMPI DI CONSEGNA
   
La merce viaggia con corriere BRT (Bartolini).
Appena riceviamo il tuo ordine, non dormiamo sugli allori, ma ce ne occupiamo subito.
Se arriva la mattina, riusciamo ad organizzare la spedizione per il pomeriggio e farti avere le scarpe per il giorno dopo. (dopo due giorni se ordini dalla Sicilia, Calabria e Sardegna)
Se il tuo ordine viene fatto il pomeriggio o la sera, la partenza delle scarpe è sempre per il giorno successivo.

RESI

Per la legge italiana ci sono 14 giorni di tempo per esercitare il reso. Nel caso di reso le scarpe possono essere sostituite o rimborsate. Il rimborso avviene con Paypal o con Bonifico Bancario non appena le scarpe sono da noi ricevute. Queste devono essere ancora nella loro scatola e nelle stesse condizioni di partenza. LASCIA ALL’INTERNO LO SCONTRINO FISCALE.

In tutta Italia il reso è a nostre spese.

Ti spiego come funziona:

Se le scarpe che hai ricevuto non ti vanno bene, non ti piacciono o sono diverse da come pensavi ci avvisi con una mail a info@calzaturenucca.it.
Noi ti invieremo via mail la lettera di vettura per la tua spedizione di reso.
Tu dovrai solo stamparla e allegarla al pacco, magari nell’apposita tasca in plastica che trovi già applicata.
Ti basta chiamare il corriere SDA al 199 11.33.66. che passerà a ritirare il pacco, a pagarlo penseremo noi.

MODALITA DI PAGAMENTO

Quando fai un acquisto puoi pagare in tre modi:

CARTA DI CREDITO: attraverso il circuito Paypal. E’ un metodo sicuro perché garantisce sia noi che vendiamo che tu che acquisti. Inoltre in caso di rimborso è la soluzione più rapida.

BONIFICO BANCARIO: puoi effettuare un bonifico bancario sul nostro conto. Per velocizzare al massimo la spedizione, mandaci una schermata o uno screenshot del bonifico.

CONTRASSEGNO: in caso di contrassegno, paghi direttamente al corriere in contanti. Nel caso di reso, dovrai fornirci le tue coordinate bancarie per il bonifico.

SCALAPAY: Se compri con Scalapay ricevi il tuo ordine subito e paghi in 3 rate. Prendi atto che le rate verranno cedute a Incremento SPV S.r.l., a soggetti correlati e ai loro cessionari, e che autorizzi tale cessione.

DELIVERY TIME

The goods travel with SDA courier.
As soon as we receive your order, we are not resting on our laurels, but we take care of right away.
If the morning comes, we can arrange shipment for the afternoon and make you have shoes in few days. (It depends from the time custom)
If your order is done in the afternoon or evening, the start of the shoes is always for the next day.

RETURNS

Under european law there are 14 days to exercise made. In case of return the shoes can be replaced or refunded. The repayment is done through PayPal or by bank transfer as soon as the shoes are received by us. These have yet to be in their box and in the same starting conditions. LEAVE WITHIN THE SALES RECEIPT.

SHIPPING COST

We ship throughout the European Union and the United Kingdom at a cost of 10 Euros
For Switzerland, the shipping cost is 39 Euros

For countries outside the European Union we will give the cost each time according to the rates of our courier.

METHOD OF PAYMENT

When you make a purchase you can pay in two ways
