We are Antonio and Marco Nuca, owners of this shop. Our family has been dealing with shoes for over 100 years. Our grandfather Antonio in his small shop had a workshop where he made shoes to measure.

Our father Giuseppe, starting from 1952 and for over 50 years managed the current store.

We are not joking, a true iron sergeant, but after more than 20 years of hard work as in a barracks, he has revealed to us every secret to know how to recognize a well made shoe that does not give problems to the wearer.

So, as you can imagine, we DO NOT PURCHASE and do not offer you those models or those BRANDS, also famous, fashionable and profitable, that do not respect those teachings.

In addition, we turn to Italian companies to ensure every shoe that comes out of our store for assistance and healthiness.

But you must know another important thing. Sometimes even good shoes can have construction or fit defects In an online shop "without public" every shoe is a risk. The advantage of buying in a REAL store like ours is that every day we try on shoes for real people and if there are defects or problems in fitting, the shoes are eliminated and returned to the factory.

Terms of payment

When you make a purchase you can pay in two ways:

Delivery time

The goods travel with SDA courier. As soon as we receive your order, we take care of it immediately. Delivery times depend on the country from which you place your order. In the U.E. countries usually the goods take 3/4 working days to arrive For Extra U.E. countries customs checks take away a few days.

Trasportation fee

For EU countries the cost is 12 euros. For countries such as: Switzerland, Norway, Cyprus, Serbia, Ukraine, India, Morocco, Russia, Turkey, Canada, China, Colombia, United States the cost is 39 euros. For countries such as: Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Korea, Japan, Mexico the cost is 49 euros. To know the cost of any other countries write an email to info@calzaturenucca.it . Return fees are at your expense.

Returns

For European law there are 14 days to exercise the return. In the case of return, the shoes can be replaced or reimbursed. The refund is made by Paypal or by bank transfer as soon as the shoes are received by us. These must still be in their box and in the same starting conditions. LEAVE THE TAX STAY INSIDE.
